Workout Goal:Breathing technique

Total Distance:1750 yards

Notes:This workout gives the swimmer an opportunity to focus on breathing technique and improve the skill at breathing on both sides. A swim drill where you breath an entire length on the right then an entire length on the left gives an opportunity to improve the weakest side. Breathing intervals are also explored with the 250 swims that alternate breathing patterns. This gives the swimmer a chance to try out different intervals during a normal swim practice. Both single side and bilateral breathing are performed during this drill.
