Workout Goal: Improve breath control and consistency
Total Distance: 3200 yards
Notes:This workout concentrates on breath control. Several sets of sprints are included which makes this a very challenging workout. Make sure you are swimming at a pace to push yoruself, but to be able to recover and complete each of the swim drills.
On the 200 yards of each of the strokes be sure to sprint every other 25 yards. This will help you perpare for races in strokes other than freestyle.
