Total Distance:3000 yards

Notes: For this warmup crawl on every other length and use all of the other strokes on the alternate lengths. This workout uses all 4 strokes throughout giving the advanced swimmer time to concentrate on technique. Before beginning the workout review swim techniques and visualize the proper stroke.
