Workout Goal:Sprinting and breath control

Total Distance: 2700 yards

Notes: This is a fast paced workout that will help to develop your breath control and recovery time. Several different swim drills are used to challenge your sprinting and breathing capabilities. The sprints are designed to give you experience at sprinting during different phases of a race, beginning, middle and end. Pace yourself on the recovery swims and adjust rest times and clock times if the workout is too easy or too hard.
