Workout Goal:Improve endurance, breathing rhythm, gain technique on turns

Total Distance:1600 yards plus flip turn practice

Notes:This workout concentrates on turns for crawl and for IM. It also helps you to work on your breathing pattern, especially going into a turn. The swim drills will be helpful if you review notes on technique prior to entering the pool. Once you are in the water visualize the turns and focus on proper technique while you are practicing.
