Swim Workout #10

Workout Goal:Improve endurance, breathing rhythm, gain technique on turns

Total Distance:1200 yards plus flip turn practice

Notes:In this workout you will practice flip turns twice. This will help you focus on your turns while you are swimming, and then practice turns on their own to refine technique. You are also working on breath control and rhythm. If you feel a need to breathe more often than every 4th stroke, try to swimm slower and conserve energy in order to build up your lung capacity.
