Workout Goal:Improve endurance, develop technique for multiple strokes

Total Distance:1000 yards

Notes: Even if you have very basic skills in the 4 standard strokes, you should try to practice them for improvement. As a beginning swimmer some strokes will be difficult. However, it's important to be able to do more than 1 stroke in order to give your muscles some variety and a break during your workouts.
